We have an excellent opportunity for a CRM Systems Developer. This position is located at our National Center in Dallas, TX.
This position is responsible for applying technical and business knowledge in the evaluation, development, implementation and support of AHA Customer related applications software and related systems. Systems shall include packaged applications, such as Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Cloud vendors such as Blackbaud, Convio, and custom developed applications utilizing Visual Studio and .Net and C#, Active Server Pages, or Java. This is a senior level development position with responsibilities that include mentoring other development staff technically as well as resolving development issues escalated from more junior staff.
Additional Responsibilities Will Include:
- Using Visual Studio, .Net and MS Dynamics SDK, BlackBaud and Convio SDK, Designs and develops custom business software applications according to specifications and standards
- Data conversions, imports and exports of data within and between internal and external CRM related software systems using various tool: Visual Studio, SSIS, Cast Iron, Scribe, etc.
- Architects and configures and builds custom applications based on requirements for Dynamics CRM
- Leads design sessions with end users and develops design documnentation
- Creates, executes and documents unit and system test plans
- Supports internal .Net small business applications
- System Configuration for MS Dynamics
- Manage system libraries, backups, operational process related
- Coaching team members on Visual Studio, C#, Java, MS Dynamics configuration and development

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and background:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 5 years experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, .Net/C#, Microsoft SQL Server, CRM Dynamics, SOAP/Web services, SSRS or other business intelligence and decision support systems experience is also required
- Minimum of 5 years experience with MS technology stack: IIS, Windows XP Server, Relational Database, SQL Server
- Minimum of 2 years experience with MS Dynamics Online SDK, javaScript with MS Dynamics
- Knowledge and/or ability to quickly learn the scope of AHA, its programs and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Effective working independently or as part of a team
- Ability to multitask; good prioritization, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with a variety of personalities
- A strong ability for multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Proven team player along with proven customer management skills
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with all levels of management and across functional and business units
