• Responsible for monitoring and reporting clinical outcomes
• Leads various process improvement initiatives, including participation on any System-wide quality initiatives
• Conducts chart reviews, data abstraction, utilization review and data analysis activities
• Works with clinical staff to determine effective tools to monitor clinical quality and recommends system or process enhancements that support better quality tracking &/or outcomes
• Keeps abreast of trends in quality research and recommends changes to enhance hospital processes &/or outcomes
