Technical Services Senior Associate

Job Description
Onsite at Thousand Oaks CA will be onsite a few days a month
Objectives
o Complete daily tasks assigned by the artwork planner
o Ensures high quality, complex artworks are reviewed per procedures
o Ensures on-time review of created artworks
o Complete artwork design of commercial artwork
o Meet right first time and lead time metric targets
o Represent artwork and contribute to continuous improvement cross-functional projects
o Contribute to global standardization in artwork design
Knowledge
Experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
Experience in a labeling environment
Strong quality mindset
Accurate and detailed oriented
Good team player with strong communication skill
Flexible, ability to meet strict timelines in a changing environment
Minimum Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in an pharmaceutical environment
Preferred Requirements
Affinity with languages
Ability to work in an intense and changing environment
Able to follow through on tasks and motivate others to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator)
