We have an outstanding Contract position for a Return Clerk to join a leading Company located in the Exeter, NH surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
To verify, receive, and process items returned to Depot Repair.
Verification of items received against authorized returns in Oracle Depot Repair.
Issuing of work orders to the various service centers (Firearm, Air Guns, Silencers, Optics, and Ammo)
Transferring firearms to Used Guns Department as needed.
Coordinating with Customer Service and other internal groups on various receipt issues relating to customer shipments.
Perform duties as outlined by the 5S program.
Maintain department quality and performance standards.

Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form.
Sends, receives and interprets information clearly, accurately, thoroughly, and effectively encompassing interpersonal, cross functionaland peer group settings.
Ability to work cooperatively with associates and customers, integrating personal skills with those of others in accomplishing the organizational goals stated in our direction statement and objectives; keeps personal interests subordinated to overall objective.
Basic computer literacy; ability to learn and utilize required computer databases, email, internet resources.
