Summary of Position | Under general supervision of designated supervisor, install, maintain, and repair building system equipment components including but not limited to; motors, pumps, bearings, fan coils, exhaust systems, filters, emergency lighting, dining specific equipment, grease traps, etc. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and producing the highest quality of building equipment maintenance work. This is a second shift position, hours are Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm.
UNH Facilities is a 24/7/365 operation and has responsibilities related to campus safety and emergency response. Due to the nature of our business, employees may be asked to flex schedules and/or respond to requests outside of normal working hours in order to meet the demands of the university. This may include early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed. |
