The Regional Account Manager will oversee the sales activities of Edwards within a specific region and ensure that the sales goals and budgets are met.

What We Expect of You?

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the region
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Manage key accounts and establish long-term relationships with customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
  • Coordinate with other departments as required such as product management, service,finance, and operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Report to the Business Line Manager on all sales results and issues

Education level

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Relevant Previous experience

  • At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor or Edwards Vacuum product category

Knowledge areas/Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer needs

Other requirements

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
