The Account Manager III is responsible for all activities associated with building strong relationships, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting revenue and profit targets for assigned client account(s).
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Directs and guides the delivery efforts to assigned client account(s).
- Builds and maintains high-quality relationships with assigned client account(s).
- Stays abreast of client's business plan, strategic objectives and concerns.
- Assesses effectiveness of existing service delivery in meeting client's short- and long-term goals, and makes strategic recommendations of appropriate solutions.
- Identifies risks and/or issues to successful service delivery and mitigates them.
- Manages the contractual agreements.
- Creates awareness and demand for company products and services. Promotes and sells additional products and services to assigned client account(s).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in a related field.
- 7-10 years in retail or commercial banking at the VP level or above and/or bank consulting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of company products and services
- In-depth knowledge of financial data processing systems, applications, and banking/financial services practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management
- Solid decision-making and problem solving skills
- Ability to satisfy client needs and concerns and represent company's best interest
- Ability to lead under pressure
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
