Description of position:
The Customer Relations position is responsible for providing frontline support to the Tradeweb Equities community across the entire suite of products. The Customer Relations Representative will handle inquiries related to real time FIX messaging and connection status, "how to" and data questions on our web based product as well as contract and billing related questions .The Representatives are expected to resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner with eye towards providing the best possible solution in all cases. Staff is required to cover a range of shifts during each week and maintain a flexible schedule.
